SHIPPING
Products are shipped from our warehouse in Minnesota.
Order processing takes 1-3 business days after payment is made and we have your phone number and/or email address. Standard ship time is generally 3-10 business days, barring any unforeseen shipping delays. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking to update after receiving the tracking information and 2-30 business days for transit time once the item has left our facility. Projected delivery times are estimated, are not assured and are susceptible to change
We take all necessary steps to package your order properly prior to the item being shipped. We are not responsible for late/lost shipments due to the carrier's negligence. Lost deliveries will be replaced by Word of Mouth. In the event that the availability of a color choice changes, you will be notified by phone or email with an expected lead time.
Delivery is a curbside, front door, first floor delivery service only. White-glove delivery is available for an extra charge - ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY. Expedited or guaranteed shipping is available for an extra charge - ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY. The standard shipping service is NOT guaranteed within a certain number of days. If you need the products within a certain amount of time, please consider paying extra for the expedited/guaranteed service. Delivery will be performed according to the routine of the shipping and delivery company.
In the regrettable occurrence that the product is delivered damaged, damage MUST be noted on the shipping and delivery slip. Please contact us immediately at 952.884.0326 or [email] in this event. If the carrier does not offer enough time for you to inspect the shipment, please write "Subject to Inspection" on the delivery slip. DO NOT refuse complete delivery due to damage on any particular item(s). This will delay the replacement of the damaged product and can result in extra fees.
Any noted damage will be replaced at no cost to you. Please email pictures of the damage (both to the product and packaging) and a copy of the shipping and delivery slip within 24 hours to our warranty team at [email]. The easiest and best way for you to get resolution on shipping damage be thorough and timely in filing a claim with us.

REFUNDS
All products come with a one (1) year warranty. To and from shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer for warranty repairs.
Measurements, dimensions, size, shape, finishes, colors, and styles are approximate. All are subject to change. The seller is not liable.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or change your mind about the products, you can return the products within 10 days for a refund (less a 35% restocking fee). To and from shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. The seller must authorize all returns and all products have to be returned in original product packaging and in new condition.
